The One-shot Planmeca ProCeph™ cephalostat is an effective machine that offers short exposure time and low patient dose with no motion artefacts. The sizes of the images can range from 18 x 25 to 30 x 25 cm. The Scanning Planmeca ProMax® cephalostat scans the head of the patient horizontally with the use of a narrow X-ray beam. The dose of radiation is extremely low. It offers flexibility in terms of image formats and field sizes can reach 30 x 27 cm. The Planmeca Romexis® Cephalometric Analysis module makes analyses as well as superimpositions in a matter of minutes. Analyses, normal values, and reports can be customized.
