Smartscope's Retinal Module EY3 is a hand-held fundus camera that enables non-mydriatic eye fundus examination with a wide 40-degree field of view. The camera can process digital still and video images that displays the appearance of the optic disc, macula and retinal vasculature. THis can be used to document and screen for ocular lesions and anomalies. The device's lightweight and portable design enables the camera to be used for bed-bound patients and premature babies in and out of the clinic. It can be mounted on a slit lamp holder using a special adapter to obtain additional imaging stability. It also features a silicon rubber eye cup for support and added comfort and a display resolution of 1920x1440.
