The anti-adhesion BIOMESH® neurological patches N3L are made from polyester (non-woven) that is saturated with a fibrillary structure and silicone, that is comparable to the dura-mater. Biomesh is intended to replace, strengthen and protect the spinal dura mater. It limits any leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, stops root compression from cicatricial fibrosis and bone grafts, and it provides a protective barrier over the cord facilitating any need for operations in the future.
