This modular clinic was custom-built to meet the specialized nature of the facility, and prefabricated at NRB’s manufacturing plant to ensure the fastest design-to-completion time. This allowed all site services to occur at the job site simultaneously with the building being constructed off-site. Built with our 5000 series steel framed modules, the building was complete with pre-poured concrete floors and shipped to the site and assembled onto the foundations that were ready to receive the building. To further extend NRB’s involvement on this project, by the owner’s request, NRB supervised the installation of the building on site and advised the Site Contractor on proper procedures and finishes.
