The client chose to build this administration facility for their Employee Wellness Programs offsite using permanent modular construction for faster completion and to mitigate the disruption and risk associated with on-site construction at this busy campus. The building design carefully met all of the architectural and operational requirements from the energy efficient building envelope to customized mechanical and electrical system, all within their budget expectations. The exterior is finished in a thin brick, applied at the plant and the curtain wall and storefront entry allows ample natural light for day-lighting and views.
