An innovative tool has been patented, PendyBall by Ledragomma original “pezzi”®, which includes within a classic Gymnastik Ball a pendulum (2 or 4 kg) fixed to the ball by a pin. The PendyBall by Ledragomma original “pezzi”® brings important innovations in the rehabilitation of trunk muscles, mainly for the exercise of muscular coordination. Training with PendyBall by Ledragomma original “pezzi”®, which involves controlled movements of rotation of the pelvis, is an innovative working method for neuro-muscular training of the muscles of the trunk: the muscles themselves in fact develop the centrifugal fare inside the ball, with coordinated movements, during the exercise. Moreover, proactively blocking the rotation of the pendulum, the involvement of the same muscles is enhanced in isometric and eccentric modality, the latter particularly important for prevention.
