The TC 603 Chromatographic Air circulated Refrigerator (two-door) meets the highest hygiene requirements through its easy-to-clean rounded corners and slippery interior surface. The interior is made of galvanized sheet steel with high quality white coating, but a stainless steel interior can also be an option. Its high density foamed-in-place polyurethane with a thickness of 75 mm provides the insulation. Air cooling circulation maintains rapid and uniform temperature control to reduce temperature gradients to a minimum. A micro switch system also automatically switches off the circulating fan to prevent warmer environmental air from being drawn in when the door is open. To further ensure proper insulation the TC 603 Chromatographic Air circulated Refrigerators were designed with triple-glazed double doors with a grease resistant magnetic seal.
