For the control of temperature rapidly and uniformly and minimization of the temperature gradient to the minimum level the product is provided with circulation air cooling. For preventing the warmer air getting draw into the system the circulating fan is automatically switched off with a micro switch when the door is opened. The door is provided with right hand hinge and an optional left hand hinge. The magnetic seal of the product is grease resistant.
