The Avanti J-30I is a centrifuge system featuring excellent performance with a maximum g-force. The main benefit of this device is its provision of the quickest possible separations in the lowest timespan. Maximum separation forces, even greater than 100,000 x g, at speeds measuring 30,000 rpm are generated by fixed-angle rotors and swinging-bucket. A simplified run setup, coupled with unparalleled rated of acceleration or deceleration, ensures the productivity level. The sample spends lower time in the centrifuge and greater time at full force. Quick protein separations in the Avanti JA-30.50 and J-30I are the consequences of near-ultracentrifuge forces exceeding 100,000 x g. This is the greatest g-force fixed-angle rotor prevailing in a centrifuge of superior performance. The JS-24.38, which is a swinging-bucket rotor measuring 6 x 38 mL, undergoes a rate zonal centrifugation. This results in an accurate separation of the subcellular organelles. For isolating cell membranes and bacteria, it is subject to a high batch throughput of four liters. This incorporates the use of JLA-9.1000 J-LITE® rotor at 16,800 x g. DNA samples are prepared up to 10 microplates.
