The DuaFit® interphalangial implant is manufactured in PEEK-OPTIMA®. This material is known for its mechanical properties and for its radio-transparent qualities, in numerous orthopaedic applications. The DuaFit® range is available in 4 sizes and 3 different angulations (0° cannulated, 10° and 17°). Due to its design, the DuaFit® interphalangial implant offers good primary stability properties while protecting the bone stock. The radio-transparent qualities of PEEK-OPTIMA® enable ease of control during consolidation. The DuaFit® implant is indicated for use in the fixation of arthrodeses of the proximal interphalangial articulation in the lesser rays.
