The BID floor induction units are air-water systems to be installed in buildings. It features floor to ceiling glazing as well as low storey heights. The units disperse heat load close to the facade through a medium of water. It also prevents cold air drop at the facade whenever outdoor temperatures are low. They reduce heat radiation of the facade to the room during summer. The width of the units may reach 1.8 m and cooling capacity can reach 1,300 W. They can be integrated to a room without obtrusion with the use of linear or design roll down grills for intake of supply and secondary air. The rectangular floor grill is available in several materials and configuration. It has a low construction height and has customized dimensions depending on its use.
