However, it does not test for the detection of colorectal cancer or any other disease of the sort. The Hemoccult II SENSA is a more enhanced product that promotes easy readability while providing a higher clinical sensitivity over other regular Hemoccult products. It gives the highest sensitivity readings with 92% accuracy and has the ability to detect true traces of occult blood. The triple slide products available are made so that patients may collect specimens for over 3 days. Doing this increases the probability of identifying hidden blood due to the presence of a cancer or polyp since these diseases are known to bleed intermittently.
