PS3003 is a high voltage power supply utilized for DNA sequencing, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing, as well as other electrophoresis applications such as IEF, PAGE, 2D-gel electrophoresis, agarose gel electrophoresis and Western blotting. The high voltage power supply operates at a constant voltage, current or power. It has an automatic crossover from one mode of operation to another when it reaches its set limits. Red LEDs are utilized to indicate the constant parameter. In the event of a power failure there will be an automatic restart and an audible alarm sounds during a system failure. When the power is switched back on, the last settings will automatically be restored.
