Our elbow brace can, in many cases, be used to reduce pain caused by arthritis & elbow DJD. The articulating form of the orthosis provides general support by preventing medial/lateral & rotational movement, whilst still allowing movement along the normal plane. For more severe cases, the degree of flexion and/or extension can be restricted. In non-articulating form, the elbow orthosis can be used in support of, or instead of, a joint arthrodesis.
