The TMB is a battery powered mobile x-ray unit which suits a wide range of clinical applications. Its compact size and the integrated motor makes the unit movement smooth and precise. Thanks to telescopic tube arm and swivelling column TMB is able to easily move even in the hospital’s small rooms. To get the tube into the perfect spot, motor assisted fi ne positioning adjustments are possible from the tube head and the entire unit moves millimeter by millimeter. The unit runs on its own at the speed that is most convenient to the operator, it easily masters obstacles and inclines and it can be stopped by simply releasing the handle (dead man brake) The long life battery gives the operator a whole day of full movements and applications without the need to recharge. TMB is equipped by a 30KW x-ray generator and it is available in two diff erent confi gurations: TMB 300 to be used with standard cassette or CR exposures and TMB 300 DR. With digital image acquisition system in radiographic mode, by using a solid detector of big dimensions (36x43), commonly named fl at panel detector (FPD).
