Featuring VetSpecs® proprietary mini-cap™ mainstream capnography, the Capno+ provides CO2 Waveforms (Capnogram) End-tidal CO2 (EtCO2) Fractional Inspired CO2 (FiCO2) Respiratory Rate (RR) Audible and Visual Apnea Alarms The Capno+ is developed for monitoring ventilation status in intubated veterinary patients during surgery, dentistry, emergency and critical care, and a variety of other procedures. Mainstream capnography measures directly inside the patient airway. To apply, simply insert the capno sensor (see the picture below) between the endotracheal tube and the breathing circuit after the patient is intubated. The capno sensor is water-proof and sturdy, and adds minimum dead space.
