LEEC Thiel Body Storage Tank Originally developed for Dundee CAHID University through a consultation process with Professor Sue Black, Dr Roos Eisma and Professor Roger Soames, the Thiel Body Storage Tank is now an integral part of LEEC's quickly expanding product portfolio. LEEC were tasked with producing Thiel Body Storage equipment that would maximise space within a limited footprint, providing maximum body storage, enabling single user unassisted safe operation and resulting in minimial impact on the physical structure of the building. By working closely with CAHID and the University user group to fully understand the needs of the University, LEEC took a lateral view of the functional requirements for the facility. The final approved design provided the following benefits:- Increased working height of the tanks Reduced noise when operating Significantly improves health & safety for operatives- eliminating use of a overhead crane Protection from Thiel fluid spillage Extremely space efficient design Single cadaver handling up to 50 stone (413kg) Manufactured in our Nottingham factory, the LEEC Thiel body storage tank, cadaver storage cage & trays, thiel tank hydraulic cage lifter and thiel tank transfer trolley provides a total bespoke solution
