The SureStep PullOver is a unique AFO that is indicated for such conditions as pronation, drop foot, low muscle tone, weakened dorsiflexors, and sagittal plane instabilities. The Pullover can be used as a freely articulated AFO, or it can be converted to an SMO. The device can therefore be used to allow children to develop balance and strength, or the proximal strut can be added to provide increased stability and ambulation assistance.
