XL-Rehab has specialized in supplying aids for bariatric users with the purpose of providing independency, comfort and relief. About 20 years ago we started to import products for this patient group. We soon realized that most products were just reinforced but not redeveloped to meet the specific demands of bariatric patients. Now we design and develop our own products. Our products are the result of many years of research in the bariatric field, knowledge obtained from congresses around the world as well as hands-on experience from bariatric users. We have studied different body types and various mobility patterns as well as geometric studies and the law of gravity.

Based on a mixture of this knowledge we design products which maintain the possibility of independency for the user. Our products are strongly engineered and functionally designed and have a weight capacity of 325 kg. The key words for our product development are innovation and considering the needs of the users. Our product portfolio consists of wheelchairs, shower commodes, shower benches, patient/dinner chairs, wheeled walkers, walking frames, canes, lift, slings as well as both low air loss and alternating mattresses. Based in Denmark we supply both to the private and public sector all over the world.

Our goal is to provide professional advice and high quality products within a short time frame. Our staff members are highly experienced within occupational therapy and have hands-on experience with bariatric patients. All people are different but we have in common that we wish for quality of life. At XXL-Rehab we treat all people as were they part of our own family. For us the respect for the individual is very important.
