13th International Conference on Complexity in Acute Illness (ICCAI)

2014 marks the 13th year of the International Conference on Complex Acute Illness. Critical illness is the result of the interplay of complex physiology, complex decision making and a complex environment. ICCAI gathers outstanding mathematicians, engineers, biologic scientists and clinicians to present recent advances in filling the translational gap between advances in qualitative sciences and improved decision making resulting in improved patient outcomes. The agenda feature clinical/quantitative aspects of this field, as well as highlighted presentations by noted faculty on their latest research findings.

LOCATION:

This conference will be held in the Jordan Hall Conference Center on the historic grounds of the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia.
