Early rehabilitation of hospitalized patients improves outcomes, but its implementation can be complex. Early rehabilitation requires multi-disciplinary collaboration and coordination among clinicians who have traditionally worked in “silos.”
This Conference bridges the interdisciplinary gap from research to the bedside, and brings together clinical experts who are creating a culture based on proactive rehabilitation.
