We know it works: now how do we scale it? There are various factors as there are various stakeholders such as the buy-in of patients, caregivers and clinicians for one; payers paying for it, government backing it up with policy but also the technology that will seamlessly deliver tertiary hospital care beyond hospital walls and into the patient’s home. This one-day event will focus on scaling through technology, developments since September 2021 when we last met, next steps and also learning from what has helped Australia and US scale HaH.
