Welcome Message ESSR 2024

Dear colleagues and friends,

On behalf of the ESSR, it is a great pleasure for us to invite you to participate at the 33th Annual Meeting of our society from June 6 to June 8, 2024 in Lugano, Switzerland. The congress venue will be the Convention Centre “Centro Congressi”, located in the Ciani Park, the green heart of our city in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland.

The 33th ESSR annual meeting is open to welcome, both musculoskeletal and general radiologists, members and non-members of ESSR. We will focus on three main topics: investing in the youth and in next generation of musculoskeletal radiologists, increasing skills and knowledge in the field of musculoskeletal radiology, and boosting the collaborations and connections with other societies in the musculoskeletal field.

The social program will be attractive for both the participants and their companions and will be a great opportunity to meet colleagues.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to all colleagues in ESSR Committees and Subcommittees as well as the local and international board members for their substantial contribution in building up the scientific program.

I look forward to seeing you in Lugano as active participants of one of the most important scientific events in the field of musculoskeletal radiology.

ESSR 2024 Livestream

All sessions on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8 will have a livestream to remote delegates, watching from home. An active congress registration is mandatory to receive the online access link. Certificates of Attendance / CME Certificates will be sent out via email after the congress.

(Selected) lecture recordings* will be made available to all active ESSR members at the end of the calendar year.

The workshops, taking place on Thursday, June 6 will not be broadcasted, but require onsite attendance (and registration).

ACCREDITATION INFORMATION

An UEMS CME application will be submitted.

Confirmation of attendance (for onsite and online attendees)
Each participant who successfully registers and attends the live event will receive a confirmation of attendance after the meeting.

UEMS CME certificate (for onsite and online attendees)
The CME credits are only available for those who successfully complete the evaluation form

General Notes

Registration for the ESSR 2024 is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration form. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received at the bank account and will be considered as incomplete and adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.
