The latest RCAI Palmar Hand Orthosis offers support for the wrist as well as the hand’s palmar arches, while allows functional finger movement to occur. It is designed for patients with neuro deficit as a result of spinal cord injury, brain injury, cerebral palsy, CVA or other wrist/hand disease that debilitates the patient. It can also be used after carpal tunnel surgery. The Palmar Hand Orthosis is made from moldable Kydex plastic shaped to the patient’s needs. The liner is breathable, wicking and anti-microbial for patient comfort. Available with a closed cell foam liner. Specify right or left.
