The RCAI Adjustable Ankle-Foot Orthosis preserves medial/lateral ankle steadiness whilst providing dynamic spring assist in bringing the patient’s foot back to the neutral position. The Orthosis is used with ankle sprains, foot drop, stroke, lower leg nerve damage, palsy, hemiplegia, stepage and gait. The height can be adjusted from 14 to 16" (35.6 - 40.6 cm). It provides dual channel hinges that provide patients with dynamic dorsiflexion assist. Is can be set so that both plantar and dorsiflexion are limited and then locked into position, or set in a neutral stop position to permit open movement and neutral return.
