The product offers solution to the medical hazardous waste. The product is large steam sterilizer including integrated shredder which is designed for the conversion of biohazard waste in the clinics and hospitals by maintaining the recommendations of WHO and EU. Motor-driven shaft is fixed with the vessel of stainless steel with crushing and shredding blades that has the ability to rotate in to two direction by which the volume and size of the waste is reduced to 20%. The motor of 5.5kW is efficient in rotating of the shaft by RPM of 700-1400 for variety of operations. On the shaft the blades are mounted. The design of the blades help to shred waste like papers, syringes, glass, plastic, sharps, clothes and dialyzers. The overall results of the sterilization is improved by the steam penetration which is enhances by shredding. The steam generator located internally produced the steam and it is supplied by the purification of the water and the system of draining as standard accessory.
