How the system works Every day, the system sends a new "session" to the device in the patients home (patient interface). Each session is composed of vital sign gathering, symptom review, standard assessment surveys, education/health coaching and reinforcement of positive behavior. Through the use of branching logic, the patient is able to obtain feedback to a variety of questions and the healthcare provider is able to obtain additional context to help understand impending and existing changes in the patients condition. Once completed, the data from the daily session is sent to the Bosch Telehealth System which then: - Sends these data to the workplace application for review by the health provider with color coding (red, yellow, green) based on pre-defined levels of risk to aid in early identification of patients that may require more assessment and intervention. - Sends a new session to the patient for the next day - The patient interface is able to gather vital sign data from a variety of peripheral devices, either through self-reporting or through wired or Bluetooth connectivity.
