The slightly conical thread of the fixation sleeve allows the trocar sleeve to be optimally fixed in the abdominal wall. The HASSON cone with thread holder permits the trocar sleeve to be securely fixed during mini-laparotomy. It closes the incision spot gas-tight. After operation the fascial stitches made in the beginning are used to close the incision spot.
