The RCAI TORSO ORTHOSES provides a control fitted device for spinal stenosis, chronic back pain, spondylolisthesis, chronic lumbar instability, degenerative disk disease, herniated lumbar disc, post-operative rehabilitation and compression fracture. The brace has anterior/posterior panels made from rigid thermoplastic kydex and the lateral polymer stays create effective spinal stabilization from the sacrum through to the T-9. The back panel comes in the standard 7° of lordosis, which can be molded to meet the patient’s needs. The back panel provides a surgical opening that lets medical personal relieve any pressure around the incisions. The elastic side pulls provide more compression support and slightly lower fit.
