The Arthrodesis Wedge Plate can be used to secure a calcaneal lengthening osteotomy (Evans procedure), for lateral column lengthening of the calcaneus to correct peritalar subluxation. The integral spacer plates can also aid inter-positioning, when used for a variety of osteotomies and fusions of the rearfoot. The Ortho Solutions Foot Plating System was designed to address a variety of indications in rearfoot, midfoot and forefoot reconstructive surgery.
