MicroLute™ is the first 96-well plate format for solid phase extraction (SPE). SPE is a method of sample preparation that concentrates and purifies analytes from a solution by means of absorption, followed by the elution of the analyte with a solvent appropriate for instrumental analysis, such as the LC-MS. The MicroLute™consists of a polypropylene 96-well plate loaded with a choice of sorbent and sorbent volumes. Popular sorbents includes those with packed bed volumes of 10mg to 100mg per well and, a frit pore size of 20 microns and made from microporous high-density polyethylene.
