This memory card portable reader is capable of recording up to 12 hours on one 32 GB SDHC card. It records on cost friendly SDHC cards as it is compatible with AVCHD format. Direct random access playback can be done on compatible displays, Blu-ray players and PC's, and files can be transferred seamlessly to optical disks or hard disks. For recording images, the HD-SDI input can be used instead of the optional AG-MDC10 to record from an external microscope or endoscope camera. This model is compliant with common Medical Electrical Equipment Standard to include EN60601-1, and is an excellent solution for several surgical procedures and also works great for medical training and distance learning purposes.
