Hill-Rom comes with two of its most popular slings, the model 20 Original HighBack Sling and the model 26 Soft Original Highback Sling. Both of these models provide whole-body support that is comfortable for most of its users. Its sling design allows a reclined sitting position for patients who have poor trunk and head stability. Model 26 has advanced development compared to model 20 since it has more pliable soft plate needed for a soft, comfortable support when lifting when patient is in recumbent position. Both models also have separate leg supports to prevent the patient from sitting on the sling after use. Instead of this, the sling can easily removed from its chair immediately after the transfer.
