The Hokanson DICOM Extension facilitates the sharing of physiological peripheral vascular data including waveforms with another system or application that is also DICOM compatible such as a PACS system. The patient data that is entered into the DICOM Worklist Server is also shared with the CVS4 and is parsed and dispayed in the correct fields eliminating duplication of data entry. There is one record with all pertinent data that can be viewed on any networkded DICOM workstation including the ability to playback Spectral Doppler waveform with audio.
