The frame and sides of this compact, non-magnetic trolley is constructed of Baydur polyurethane. It is easy to clean and disinfect, and the rounded surfaces are resistant to most diluted acids, solvents, and alkaloids. The unit is latex free. Its molded top features a 4-sided containing rim to avoid or minimize spillage. Two swinging pockets on the side of the trolley can hold anything from patient files to IV bottle, while a foot-operated waste bin is located on the other side. One of the drawers is reserved for medications and contains a stainless steel medication tray. This trolley moves about on four 125 mm wheels, three of which have brakes, and one of which provides the trolley with its antistatic feature. The handles used to direct the cart are molded into the body for safety considerations.
