One piece Aurion Mega Trolley with 40 patient bins is made from Baydur polyurethane, by Bayer AG. This makes it easy to disinfect, wash and it is resistant against alkaloids, diluted acids and solvents. This is UL V0 class self-extinguishing and free of latex. There are molded safety handles on the body. The top of the trolley has 4 molded sides with rim to avoid spilling. Base has bumper all around. Trolley has 4 wheels Ø 125mm with 3 with brake and an antistatic wheel. There are two transparent plastic swinging pockets for IV bottles and/or patient files and they are lockable. There is a stainless steel AISI304 drawer for medications basin with a side drawer and tablet with pen holder. There is a front opening space to store the defibrillator gel, 1,5 liter used needles/sharps bucket, life-saving drugs drawer, and catheter compartments waste bin with foot lever.
