IMEDCO windows and skylights are double-glazed with a special tempered safety glass 6 mm thick that incorporates two layers of bronze mesh as the RF shield. The bronze mesh is black to avoid reflection and the layers are positioned to minimise moiré patterns. The transparency of the windows is excellent and they afford unhindered supervision of the scan room. The standard observation window has a unobstructed viewing area of 120 cm x 90 cm. Other sizes are optionally available for observation and daylight windows and skylights.
