The air pollution in medical care facilities can play a damaging role for the patients and staff. The compressed air is converted to purified air with the help of the technological advanced device for the need of medical application. The procedure of filtration is done in four stages. In cases of worst pollution, highly purified air in the location is ensured by the product. For the filtration process, the product is provided with a WSD water separator, a PD and a DD coalescing filter by which the particle and free water is removed down to 0.01 micron, and the oil droplets are removed down to 0.01 ppm. The moisture content is minimized to 40°C/-40°F pressure dew point with the support of heatless desiccant dryer. The risk of mold growth, bacteria and condensation is removed by the device. The hydrocarbon from the air is eliminated by the activated carbon, which is included in the dual cleaning stage of the product. The carbon monoxide is converted into carbon dioxide with the help of a catalyst.
