With a loading capacity of 250 kilograms, this mechanical crank bed is comprised of four foldable sections which have an ergonomic soft-joint connection. It measures L2160×W1050×H500-800mm. Constructed of cold rolled steel sprayed with an electrostatic substance, the bed's framework has a thickness of 1.2 mm at the plates and 1.5 mm at the pipes. This device has a screw handle which folds under the bed's foot and is used to adjust the backrest, the leg rests, and the overall height. Back rest adjustments can be made of around 70º and the leg rests can be adjusted about 35º. Height can be adjusted between 600-800 mm. It provides patients with a system designed to prevent crashes, utilizing bumpers in the corners and central brakes. The foot, screw handle and ABS bed head are made of both fireboard and stainless steel. The spring side rails operate using a gas mechanism.
