The laryngoscope has blades that are made of stainless steel. It is non-magnetic, AISI-304, and a fiber optic light conductor is found in its interior. The Macintosh blade sizes available are 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. The laryngoscope has Hook-on ISO 7376/3" green system German handles as well as a xenon light bulb. There are 3 chromium-plated brass handles available: Standard, Penlight (for pediatric use), and Stubby (for use on people suffering from morbid obesity). The laryngoscope set includes a rigid case, a standard handle, Macintosh blades 0 to 4, and an extra bulb.
