The RCAI Pediatric Ratchet POP Knee Brace is created to be used after ligament repairs and where there are post surgical ROM restrictions and the possibility of soft tissue contractures and instability. The Ratchet POP Knee provides contol of flexion/extension 7 1/2° increments. It uses a ratchet style apparatus that permits incremental adjustment and locking positions. Simply flip the lever, to extend the angle of the limb in 10° increments with a range of 60-0°. There is no need for tools when adjusting. It comes with an anti-microbial liner. User can order hinges by the pair for custom bracing.
