A knee orthosis with titanium joint. Extension and flexion limits can be adjusted on the joint without additional tools. The patella ring pad prevents luxation and positions the orthosis correctly on the leg. It has stabilizing splints that can be removed and adjusted, and four inelastic straps that provide precise and adjustable fit. The two laterally-located and stable joint splints ensure correct movement of the knee and range of movement can be adjusted in 10° increments between 0° and 120°. The titanium joint has teflon disks to ensure smooth and quiet movement of the joint. The popliteal cutout at the back of the knee prevents pinching.
