The latest RCAI Knee Cage controls hyperextension of the knee caused by plantar flexion contracture, permitting knee flexion, hip extension weakness and quadriceps weakness. The Knee Cage is designed to help with ambulation and it will increase the quadriceps power in movement. The RCAI Knee Cage is constructed from a lightweight, thermoplastic material and the brace matches the leg’s anatomy. The 3 point padded pressure strap behind the knee is adjustable.
