These splints are modeled and inspired after human splints that support injuries of the ankle, foot, or lower leg. Splints for dogs are positioned in the back of the dog?s leg and can be fully adjusted with Velcro straps placed over the front of the leg. The Walkin? Wheels Dog and Pet Splint have two different models, the front leg splint and the back leg splint. The front leg splint extends to just below the elbow, while the back leg splint extends above the hock. Both splints extend completely under the foot, giving full support to the bottom of the dog?s leg. These splints are built not only for durability but for comfort. These dog splints are specifically designed to feel natural and comfortable when placed on your pet, giving them the ability to walk around freely without difficulty or discomfort. At first, it may take a few days for your dog or pet to get use to the feeling of walking around with a dog splint, but with the state of the art design, they will feel comfortable with movement and mobility in no time
