The Hill-Rom VersaCare A.I.R. surface is an adjustable surface designed to prevent pressure ulcers from developing on patients who may be susceptible to skin disturbances. The VersaCare is also recommended for patients who may already be affected by pressure ulcers. An advanced weight-based pressure redistribution system effectively adjusts pressure continuously in the three independent air zones. The one-button turn assist feature allows the caregiver to easily reposition the patient as needed. Another feature of the VersaCare A.I.R. is the integrated x-ray cassette sleeve which allows movement or repositioning of the patient to be kept to a minimum during x-ray procedures.
