The HealthHUB™ is a Class IIa Medical Device grade GPRS enabled home Telehealth monitor that enables recording of daily clinical, life style and quality of life data as well as delivery of appropriate condition-specific information to educate patients and assist them to manage their conditions more effectively. It measures vital signs and records symptomatic, quality of life, life style information and medication concordance. It includes built in standard lead I ECG (No leads/wires required – patient simply holds the unit in their hands), providing rhythm, aortic pressure wave and respiration rate measurements. Hence these measurements can be recorded without the need for the additional cost of external peripherals. For further cost-effectiveness, the HealthHUB™ unit can monitor up to 20 patients in a multi-user environment.
