Nowadays a lot of surgical treatment methods are applied to femoral neck fractures. Non-union, late union or avascular necrosis complications ratios are high. Thus, aiming to reach the required results, allowing slide compression, preventing femoral head rotation; minimal invasive locking hip screw has been developed. Indications A. Fractures of The Femoral Neck ( Collum Femoris ): 1. Subcapital 2. Transcervikal 3. Bazicervikal B. Intertrochanteric Stabil Fractures: 1. Type - I 2. Type - II Advantages of MIS A CHS 1. Operation incision is small ( approximately 2.5 cm ) 2. Blooding is minimal. 3. Application is easy, application period is short. 4. Usage of scopy is minimal ( for reduction and insertion of guide K-wire ). 5. Infection risk is too small. 6. MIS A CHS can be sent to the head from lateral through the neck, with a required angle, not a stable angle, ( according to the event, with 90 - 91 - 92 -...155 degree, preferably with 120-155 degree ).
