Various fixation techniques are applied for correction and fixation of femoral fractures and disorders. Locking intramedullary nailing systems are being used for femur in recent years. The aim of developing a new design femoral intramedullary nailing system is related with some difficulties which are seen intraoperatively or postoperatively such as distal locking, waiting for weight bearing and another problem with the use of small-diameter nails is nail and screw breakage. New and different design femoral intramedullary nailing system which can be used for all type of femoral fractures, except the type of femoral head fractures. The system is multifunctional and its design offers multiple options for locking. Indications: o For all of the femoral fractures (except femoral head fractures) o Open, closed, simple, comminuted, segmental fractures o Collum femoris (femoral neck) fractures o Trochanteric, Subtrochanteric femoral fractures
