MC21 is a professional-grade CCD microscope camera and is the latest device to be made independently. The CCD camera is high resolution and deep cooled when in high sensitivity. MC21 can be connected to a trinocular biological microscope, stereo microscope, and metallurgical microscope to obtain microscopy images. It is also used in weak fluorescence, bioluminescence, chemiluminescence, flow cytometry, live cell, immunohistochemistry, and bright and dark field observation. Observing GFP, NIR, FISH, FRET, and DIC images can also be done. It has a 2/3 CCD sensor (SONY EXview HAD CCD, 1.4MP). It can be deep cooled to an ambient temperature of -28C°. It is highly sensitive which is ideal for infrared and weak fluorescent observation. It also has a USB 2.0 data interface.
