The Goldspeed handpieces offer unbeatable maneuverability and performance in 360 degree dental surgery. Using precision micro-machining processes, Castellini has made these handpieces with carefully selected materials. They are optimally balanced to give maximum comfort while working and the vibration of each handpiece is considerably reduced. Most of these ergonomically designed handpieces feature the use of titanium, and incorporate an anti-retraction device and fiber-optics. These straight and contra angled handpieces are compact and highly accurate. When used with the Castellini surgical adaptor, the Goldspeed R20-L contra angle will receive extra cooling of the attached burr. Specifically designed for endodontics, the Goldspeed E16 contra angle can be used with the Castellini Electronic Apex Locator (LAEC) using an apical clip and an adaptor.
